French, Benelux scrap to decline significantly
French, Benelux and German scrap prices are forecast to decrease significantly this month after falling in August. In France and the Benelux, the September month-on-month price decline is being negotiated and should ultimately be between €20 and €40/tonne ($23-47), depending on grade, sources tell Kallanish.
