French, Benelux scrap prices decline slightly
French and Benelux scrap prices are declining by up to €10/tonne ($10.9) depending on mill and their previous contracts. Lower availability of scrap is reported, particularly for shredded and chiselled E40 and E1 which continue to be in high demand.
