French, Benelux scrap increases but trend reversal foreseen
French and Benelux scrap prices are increasing this month by €10/tonne ($10.9) following the sharp hike seen in December. This month's hike is driven by strong international increases, limited scrap availability and competition with the export market, Kallanish hears from market sources.
