French, Belgian scrap prices increase for high grades
French and Belgian scrap prices are mostly stable compared to June, with increases of some €15/tonne ($17) for the very high grades and roll-overs for the lower qualities. However, negotiations are ongoing and, depending on international developments, this trend may slightly change in the coming days.
