Four Shandong steelmakers enter bankruptcy
Four Shandong steelmakers, Yanzhou Ferroalloy, Qilu Special Steel, Quanxing Forging and Qilu Industry, have been declared bankrupt by the Yanzhou People’s Court of Shandong Province. They are now looking to attract investors, Kallanish notes.
Yanzhou Ferroalloy is a ferroalloy caster and Quanxing Forging is its wholly-owned subsidiary. Qilu Industry Installation under Qilu Special Steel specialises in producing drill pipes and shaft forgings.
