Forrest’s Wyloo bids for Noront Resources
Australia’s Wyloo Metals says it will bid for the remaining shares of Canada’s Noront Resources it does not own. Its offer is CAD 133 million ($110m), Kallanish notes.
Wyloo, which invests in assets from early-stage exploration to producing mines, says the deal would free Noront shareholders from the uncertainty of infrastructure and mine development for “several further years”.
