Foreign directors quit Severstal board amid Russia-Ukraine war
Four foreign board of director members of Russian mining and steelmaking giant Severstal have decided to resign due to “geopolitical events”, referring to the Russian invasion of Ukraine, the company tells Kallanish.
Sakari Tamminen, Philip Dyer and Alan Bowen were independent directors of Severstal. Agners Ritter served as the company's executive director. These resignations are effective 2 March.
