Fluctuating HRC prices puzzle GCC buyers
China-origin hot rolled coil prices in the Gulf Cooperation Council slid following the slump in Chinese futures. The range of quotes between Chinese mills in different states has widened to $10-15/tonne. Buyers are puzzled with daily changes in prices, notes Kallanish.
