Fletcher Building looks to acquire Steel & Tube
Fletcher Building Limited has had a bid to acquire fellow New Zealand distributor Steel & Tube Holdings firmly rejected by the latter’s board of directors. This has not deterred Fletcher Building from continuing with its plan to add Steel and Tube to its portfolio.
