Ferrum expects pipe sales growth following restructuring completion
Ferrum expects to increase its sales in 2018 following the commissioning of its large-diameter spiral-welded pipe mill. The Polish pipemaker will also start production of internal epoxy-coated pipe, thus adding to its existing external 3LPE and 3LPP coating offering.
Ferrum reported a 29.2% on-year increase in pipe and profile sales in the first quarter to 18,600 tonnes, recovering after a turbulent full-year 2017 which saw shipments drop -22.2% to 70,000t. Cons…
