Feralpi to invest further in decarbonisation
Italian rebar maker Feralpi plans to make substantial engineering investments to electrify its production cycle and enhance overall efficiency.
The steelmaker has made a firm commitment to significantly reduce carbon emissions from its production process. By 2030, it aims to cut scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions by 50% for its hot rolled steel, compared to the emission levels recorded in 2022, Kallanish learns from the company.
