Fenix acquires 10mt Weld Range right to mine
Australian iron ore producer Fenix Resources is acquiring a 10 million tonne right to mine over the Weld Range in Western Australia, Kallanish notes.
The firm says it has executed definitive documents with Sinosteel Midwest Corporation (SMC) for the exclusive right to mine and export up to 10mt of iron ore from the high-grade Beebyn-W11 iron ore deposit.
