Fengxin clears way for iron ore mining
Fengxin Mining Company in Hebei’s Xinglong County has received environmental impact approval for its iron ore project. It now has all necessary approvals from authorities to begin mining, Kallanish notes.
The iron ore mining project integrates Gushanzi Xinxing Iron Mine and Lanqiying Township Kaizhuang Iron Mine. With 1.349 million tonnes of resource reserves, the mine is designed to produce 110,000 tonnes/year over 6.2 years.
