Federacciai names Banzato as new president
The board of Federacciai, the Italian steelmakers association, has this week named Alessandro Banzato as its new president. The nomination is set to be officially ratified by the organisation's general assembly in June.
Banzato is ceo of Acciaierie Venete, a leading engineering steel producer in the north of Italy. He is set to take over the role of Antonio Gozzi, who was elected president of Federacciai in 2012.
