Fangda Special targets higher steel margins in 2018
Fangda Special Steel, a subsidiary of the 15.11 million tonnes/year steel Fangda Group, is aiming for a CNY 1,099/tonne ($173.26/t) steelmaking margin this year. In 2017 Fangda Special reported a steelmaking margin of CNY 927/t, ranking as number one nationally, a company announcement reveals, quoting from China Iron and Steel Association (CISA) data.
