Fangda plans to reorganise Jiangsu Shente
Jiangxi Fangda Steel Group says it will participate in the restructuring of five companies, including Jiangsu Shente Steel and its subsidiaries. This comes after Jiangxi’s subsidiary Fangda Special Steel passed up the opportunity to do so, Kallanish notes.
