Falcon Steel gets new financing, name
Steel infrastructure products producer Falcon Steel has been recapitalized by a team of investment companies and renamed Falcon Steel America, Kallanish reports.
The new equity and debt financing was provided by Chase Bank, ReignRock Capital Partners and Inverdale Capital Management. A dollar figure was not disclosed.
The new name was chosen as an indicator of quality products and service, says ceo Jim Taylor. The company is based in Fort Worth, Texas.
