HRC exports drive Ezz’s first-quarter earnings growth
Ezz Steel recorded significant revenue growth in the first quarter on the back of increased exports, particularly of flat products. The company increased Q1 revenue in USD terms by 15.7% on-year to $1 billion and in Egyptian currency by 80.1% to EGP 50.16 billion, Kallanish notes.
