European steel executives promote cooperation to combat slowdown
The second quarter of 2019 is forecast to remain in line with Q1 in terms of European steel demand, stocks of finished products and levels of output from the main European mills. The market remains challenging however, European steel executives from both mills and the distribution sector tell Kallanish at the Made in Steel event in Milan this week.
