US streamlines tariff exclusion process
The US Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) has approved creation of a rebuttal process. This allows only individuals or organisations that have submitted exclusion requests for steel and aluminium tariffs to submit rebuttals to objections.
BIS further rules that only individuals or organisations which have posted an objection may submit a response to its rebuttal.
