Ex-EU scrap continues drop in Turkey, Baltic stable
Turkish steel producers are continuing their scrap purchases for October shipment. Prices, however, are seen following various trends depending on origin.
Turkish mills are achieving targeted lower prices from European suppliers, while Baltic prices remain mostly stable in new bookings.
