Evraz eyes Polish rail market
Russian steelmaker Evraz’s ZSMK works plans new deliveries of rail to EU countries next year, with product heading to Poland at the start of 2022 after Polish Railways certified it as a supplier, Kallanish notes.
The plant also passed a recertification audit of German company TUV Rheinland Rail Certification BV. It received a certificate for rails 49E1, 49E5, 54E1, 54E4, 60E1, 60E2, made from two steel grades, non-heat-strengthened R260 and heat-strengthened…
