Evraz NTMK to double round billet production
Evraz's NTMK plans to double its round billet production with a new caster to strengthen its supplies to seamless pipemakers, Kallanish learns from the Russian steelmaker.
The new line will produce billet from 70mm to 250 mm, providing the opportunity of billet supply of 160mm, 180mm and 220-250mm for large diameter pipe production.
