Evraz boosts plate output in Italy
Evraz boosted its plate output in Italy through its local re-rolling unit Palini e Bertoli during the first quarter of 2017, Kallanish learns from the company’s production results. This happens after the steelmaker relaunched production last year following a three year stoppage.
The unit produced 51,000 tonnes in Q1 2017, approaching last year's total output of 68,000t.
