European tube prices increase
European welded tube prices are increasing significantly as re-rollers are cutting discounts in Italy, Spain, France, Germany and the Benelux. The increases amount to around €50/tonne ($59) depending on country and product.
Welded tube prices are catching up with the steep increases seen for European hot rolled coil, Kallanish learns from re-rollers and distributors.
