European tube market quietens
Sentiment in the European tube market is extremely uncertain and affected by slow sales, Kallanish hears from market sources.
Southern European re-rollers are struggling to lower discounts. After recovering a couple of points on average last month, tube prices have been stagnating and any attempts to increase have been knocked back by European buyers.
