European tube discounts lower
European re-rollers are cutting welded tube discounts with immediate effect and for this week’s contracts, re-rollers tell Kallanish. Last week Italy’s Marcegaglia implemented a price increase across its product range of welded tube in Europe (see Kallanish 17 July).
