European tube discounts fall dramatically
Italian, French and German welded tube discounts are decreasing faster than expected and at a faster rate than originally planned by re-rollers. Due to the current sharp increases in European hot rolled coil prices, re-rollers are planning further price hikes for welded tube before the December Christmas holiday starts, Kallanish learns from re-rollers and distributors.
