European tube prices increase
European welded tube prices are increasing sharply in France, Germany and Italy after the August summer break, Kallanish learns from producers and distributors.
From a level of 39 points seen at the beginning of July, discounts have now decreased to 30 points. While large producers are implementing the price increase, smaller and mid-sized tube makers are following and the increases are holding.
