European tube discounts begin to fall
European welded tube offers are increasing as some producers are cutting discounts by some 3 points compared to the beginning of June, market participants tell Kallanish. Each point of discount is equal to €10/tonne ($11/t). This is in line with recent increases in European hot rolled coil prices.
