European stainless flats prices to continue to rise
Prices for stainless steel flat products are increasing in Europe in line with higher alloy surcharges (see Kallanish 22 March). The market is seeing an improved first quarter dominated by higher demand compared that seen at the end of 2018. Prices for flats products are seen increasing until May in line with the rising nickel price.
