European, Baltic scrap suppliers scramble for Turkish business
Numerous European and Baltic scrap suppliers are willing to conclude sales to Turkish mills, Kallanish hears. Some ex-Baltic merchants are still offering September-shipment cargoes, but most offers are now for October shipment.
