Europe drags down Turkey’s April welded pipe exports
Turkish welded pipe exports decreased -21.4% year-on-year to 144,894 tonnes in April, mainly due to a drop in shipments to Europe, Kallanish notes from the latest Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK) data. The total average value/tonne of these exports went down to $633/t from $698/t a year ago.
