EU tube producers look to reduce September discounts
Steel tube prices are set to increase in Europe as major re-rollers are now beginning to communicate a decrease in their discount levels. This happens after discounts rose as high as 37-38 points in France, Italy and Spain due to a situation of very little or no orders during the August summer break.
