EU renews duties on Chinese seamless pipes

The European Commission (EC) has renewed the anti-dumping duties imposed on imports of seamless pipes originating in China, Kallanish learns from the European Union Official Journal. The ad valorem duties imposed on Chinese importers in 2009 will be maintained therefore. Shandong Luxing Steel Pipe will continue to be subject to a 17.7% duty, while a 27.2% duty will be confirmed on the other cooperating companies. A 39.2% tariff will be imposed on all the imports…
