EU quotas hamper Turkish pipe exports in February

Turkish welded pipe exports declined -9.9% on-year to 127,271 tonnes in February, according to Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK) data monitored by Kallanish. Their average value decreased to $669/tonne from $758.5/t in February 2019. The most-exported product was welded tube under 406.4mm diameter whose shipments rose 7.2% on-year to 51,143t.
