EU mechanical engineering output seen stagnating

EU mechanical engineering activity is forecast to decline -0.2% on-year in 2019 and then rebound only 0.2% in 2020, according to European steelmakers’ association Eurofer. Production activity in the sector fell -0.8% on-year in the second quarter.
