EU reimposes AD on Hubei Xinyegang tubes
The European General Court has annulled a European Commission decision to cancel anti-dumping duties on imports of seamless tubes from Chinese steel maker Hubei Xinyegang Steel, a subsidiary of CITIC Taifu Special Steel Group. The original ruling was made on 3 June 2016, Kallanish learns from the European Defence Committee of the Seamless Steel Tubes Industry.
The committee says that this is a “… great win for the EU steel tube industry.”…
