EU commission reduces AD duty on Ukrainian steel ropes producer
The European Commission (EC) has accepted an appeal against import tariffs filed by the Ukrainian steel ropes manufacturer, Stalkanat-Silur, Kallanish learns from the European Union Official Journal. The tariff contested by the company was initially implemented in August 1999, when a countervailing duty of 51.8% was imposed on the imports of product investigated.
