EU approves ArcelorMittal's acquisition of Condesa
The European Commission (EC) has approved the acquisition of joint control over Grupo Condesa of Spain by ArcelorMittal and a group of banks predominantly active in Spain, Kallanish learns from EU merger authorities.
According to the statement published by the EC, “…the proposed acquisition would raise no competition concerns, because it would not significantly change the market structure.”
