EC competition body looks at ArcelorMittal-Condesa tie-up
The European Commission’s (EC) competition department has confirmed that it is considering a request for concentration by ArcelorMittal and Spanish welded tubemaker Bagoeta, Kallanish learns from a statement by the organisation. A decision is expected by 29 January 2016, the statement indicates.
