Essar Algoma restructuring hearing moves to 9 February
Canadian steelmaker Essar Steel Algoma will seek court approval for its sale and investment solicitation process plan on 9 February, a company representative tells Kallanish.
A hearing before an Ontario court judge was originally slated for 2 February, the representative says. If the judge approves the company’s plan, Essar will be able to continue with its court-monitored restructuring.
