EPA extends comment period for EAF standards proposal
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is extending the comment period for its proposed rule enforcing emissions performance standards for newly constructed electric arc furnace (EAF) steel mills, as well as an amendment to performance standards for EAFs constructed before August 1983.
