Energy tube retains strength from US sheet
US energy tube pricing is likely to retain support from historically high skelp pricing through at least the second quarter, Kallanish learns from market sources.
Kallanish currently puts representative product P110 domestic welded casing at $1,450-1,500/short ton. All prices are ex-works, domestic mill, plain-end. Seamless P110 is selling for as high as $1,750/st.
