Energy tube imports, pricing remain weak in US
US oil country tubular good (OCTG) imports registered a decrease in June in line with stagnant domestic pricing, according to the latest data from the US Department of Commerce.
The struggling US energy tube sector imported 107,472t of OCTG in June, down from 148,862t in May. June 2019’s total was 178,062t.
