ELSI sells Siberian division, focuses on output increase
Elga Coal and Sibanthracite Group (ELSI), part of Russia’s A-Property, has decided to sell the units of its Siberian division to Bashkir Industrial Holding in order to concentrate all resources on the development of the Elga Coal Complex (EUC), Kallanish notes.
