Elga Coal starts railway construction
Russian A-Property has started construction of a private railway to transport coking coal mined by Elga Coal Complex, which it acquired from steelmaker Mechel for RUB 89 billion ($1.2 billion, based on the exchange rate in April 2020, when the deal was concluded).
