Electricity cost forces Spain`s Sidenor to reduce production

The sharp rise of electricity costs has pushed Spanish special steelmaker Sidenor temporarily to reduce its output, Kallanish learns from the company. The steelmaker will stop activities for a total of 20 days, or 30% of scheduled productive days, between 11 October and 1 January.
