Egyptian Steel secures further financing for new steelworks
Egyptian Steel is in talks with banks to obtain an additional EGP 600 million ($67.5m) financing for working capital requirements and to complete its new Beni Suef steelworks, the company tells Kallanish.
The producer is in talks with Egyptian Gulf Bank, Export Development Bank of Egypt and the Principal Bank for Development and Agricultural Credit to obtain the financing.
