Egyptian rebar output reaches year-high in October

Egyptian domestic market rebar sales dropped -2% on-year in October 2018 to 649,400 tonnes, their third-highest monthly tonnage so far in 2018. This is according to the latest Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) data monitored by Kallanish. The average price of these sales increased 3% on-year to EGP 12,238/tonne ($682.9/t).
